Hi Rino - this is a very good property - as others have said it is very reassuring to know that you would not have to find another large sum of money to make the place comfortable or even inhabitable! I definitely think this sort of property hits the sweet spot in terms of price, size and condition. Properties like this will move very quickly. The street itself might not be the prettiest but I think that is entirely acceptable given the price and condition on offer. I will google the town and see how it compares to places like Palombaro etc. Best regards

It's not glamorous and the some of the roads are a bit beaten up but the location so close to the mountains and the national park are big attractions. My ambition was to have a mountain view - I think there must be quite a few in this area 🏔! I expect this is another place with heavy winter snowfall too.

Nice tour but I didn't like the kitchen - lounge combo, my personal opinion is that the kitchen should be separate by at least a sliding door from the living room.
@@OneStopAbruzzo yes, I did find it and it's a GREAT price. We really like the place and I would put a bathroom in that small room upstairs that way it's a 2bd 2bth.
