I would take out the wall between the kitchen and living room to create more of an open plan.

I would open up the entire upstairs, getting rid of the tiny bedroom and possibly adding a bathroom. I would have a second bedroom in the lower level for guests.

Great video Rino. If I could come with a suggestion; Would be good if you started the video walking up to the property, so that we get a feel of the outside area and surroundings. Thanks again and keep up the good work.

Thanks for the tip! Sometimes I don't even know where the house is, I tour with the real estate agent and we just end up in front of the house :) Normally I would say I can insert this in some videos!

The terrace sells this place! The downstairs room off the cellar could easily be renovated to be a guest room. That tiny upstairs bedroom is better suited for an ensuite bath (if feasible).

Really nice. That terrace is amazing, the views are wonderful. I was disappointed with the size of the 2nd bedroom but then you showed us the downstairs room which could become a guest room.

What a great little house in a lovely village. And that terrace is perfect. Although it‘s technically immediately habitable, I think you‘d need to invest a fair bit (20,000 plus?) to get the most from it:
    - Take out dividing wall between kitchen and living room
    - New kitchen
    - New bathroom
    - Install some sort of heating (potentially subsidised for solar?)
    - Totally renovate basement room as spare bedroom
    - Convert small bedroom to ensuite.
    - It would be tempting to expose some of the stonework too.
Love the presentation - could you also add how far a village is from the main ski slopes and from the coast, as this is a real factor for Abruzzo.

Thanks! The intro giving the details about biking, restaurant, shops etc is very useful! It was end october so you could also mention the temperature (because people living in Northern Europe can then compare it etc) and how far it is to the skiing and beach resorts (or mybe I missed that)..

Grazie, Rino for another house tour! Good value here, the condition and space for the price is impressive! Not sure it's for me, but I will keep looking.
I'd just like to say to commenters who ask for more and different kinds of info, it's very easy to search yourself on just about anything, and one can't expect folks who make these house tour vids to do it all.

Overall, it's a beautiful property, I wouldn't change much, even the bedroom downstairs is in fair condition...I particularly loved the view from the main bedroom's window, it was perfect!
Maybe a set of french doors between the kitchen and the living room ( I don't like the kitchen and living area together) to give the kitchen more light and easier communication with the dining room.
