Rino, I like this house. I'm just trying to figure out how to connect the first three levels somehow and make them make sense. The lower level with the stone wall and vaulted brick ceiling would make a nice living space. Maybe the next level up a kitchen, dining, and half bath/laundry. The top floor could be a 2 bedrooms, possibly 2 bathrooms.
Hi, thanks for commenting. Definitely it needs some serious thoughts because it's very spacious although develops vertically so it's tricky, but it has character!
I can buy Delverde pasta here in NW Germany ;) and yesterday managed to get some De Cecco pasta

Hi Rino - this is quite a quirky place which seems to have been built against the side of a cliff! The main accommodation is in good condition and could be used as it is for a time at least. There are lots of stairs so maybe not ideal for an older person. As for the downstairs spaces my thought was that these could be turned into holiday lets - possibly using the Trulli houses in Puglia as an inspiration for the style and decor. Keep it simple and rustic and I think it could be successful given the good location near to the mountains etc and growing tourism prospects in the region.

If the land around it is included in the price, mostly im interested in a the plot that leads to the road behind the house, one can turn them into renting spaces for small buisnesses(repair shop, flower shop, barber etc). There are so many floors, felt like it never ended.

Just before clicking this I was thinking about the De Cecco town! I've seen it in other videos but it had been on my mind for some reason. MAYBE IT'S A SIGN! Even though I usually watch your videos, somehow I hadn't seen this one until I went to your IG page. Just found out I'm to get a small inheritance from my aunt so maybe it's time I plunk some money down!
That sink near the weird shelving over the stairs going down...is that the only one or is there also one in the kitchen proper?
Is that water damage on the bedroom wall? It's in an odd arching shape so I'm thinking it must be something else.
