That pot and that tree are the PERFECT combination IMO. The pot is big, but the craggy forms of the tree really compliment how chunky it is

It is something special about old apple trees. They get gnarly and alot of dead parts but still they "never" give up and send shoots and usually also flowers and fruits. We will all follow this tree with interest.

A suggestion for styling would be to clean all the moss out of the center of the tree where it is dead. make up some lime sulfer and preserve that area as a hollow trunk tree. These trees are highly prized in Japan. I have been following that tree for about 5 years now. It has earned every one of those merit badges.

Haunted apple tree, that thing is so cool... Nice the vehicle batteries made it!! You'll have to 3D print your truck as a planter or a root over project! :D

That apple tree is so beatiful. I like the looks of it. Beaten and battered. Still alive though. Lots of character. Tough winters. - 20 celcius.

Love the diversions you add to your videos. Good to see the truck fire up, thought we were going to see a GLITCH in the Matrix for a minute. Lol

    Just love it!

This tree really is its own style. If I were to be so brave as to give a name to the style it seems to not only follow but also demand for the sake of its health, I will call "Mountain".

Try GAS SAVER for the gas tanks of the 2 vehicles that sit over winter. Does not let the gas spoil so to say. I use it in my snow blower and so far the 5 gallon gas tank is good for over 3 years and the snow blower starts right up.

Save the tall leader to make at least 4 more apple trees. Then you can have an added bonus of extra flowering trees.

You have a lot of potential apple cuttings. Cool. Get some torpedo sand and then hit them with some rooting hormone and stick in the wet sand and you should have growth by the end of summer.

if that tree was more crooked somehow it would make for the perfect halloween style tree some day
not sure if you can artifiially make it look more gnarly than it already is
it has that sort of feel of being in a very foggy, spooky forest. maybe an idea you could catch up on :)

I cannot find training pots locally. I have enriched Bezos enough this year. Anyone have shopping suggestions? I am a bus ride away from K/W and I have to venture up there for aquarium stuff in the coming weeks anyway. I need bowl and cascade pots. I might be in the market for some tools as well if the price is right.
