Sounds good for what it is, I think he should have taken out the 2nd cats and put high flow cats in its place OR put vibrant rear mini mufflers in place of the stock rear mufflers. It still kind of has a higher pitch resonator sound to it but better than OEM! Great work as always Exhaust Addicts.

Sounds good, but needs to be louder though espacially when it is an old audi 4.2 na engine that is supposed to be loud in my opinion
The stock mufflers has to go. Stick some Vibrants on there.
Either Vibrants or Magnaflows. I'd put on some Vibrant resonators after the X-pipe & Magnaflows at the end.

I confused because these Gen Audi's early 2000's in the S6, S8, S4, RS4 with the 4.2 and even the 5.2 sound pretty darn good stock - this one though sounded really quiet even with the delete-mod.

Honestly it almost sounds like a stock setup with broken baffles in the exhaust lol . Way too quiet

You can tell Mr. Addict was not all that excited about that one. “We need to take those mufflers out” 😂. I get it though. It’s nice to have someone like Cargy thinking about his neighbors. I imagine a lot of these cars have made some bitter neighbors.

Pipe the back. A little too quiet and stock-ish.
Don't think it sounds good. Has a rasp/pop to it that's unappealing. He should put a quality catback on it, hacking a car like this up is a shame.
