If no one's said it, you can just turn off wifi/put on airplane mode to test the maps before you go out into the wilderness. Chase's burrito song was super cute and I'm glad you had a great time. I've never heard of this place but it was beautiful. But if you want to post on a schedule and also not feel pressure, it's ok to post some "lower quality" videos. Wow! 🤩 Thank you so much for the generous donation! ....and your kind words! I feel so blessed to have supportive people like yourself on this journey with me! Thank you!!! 🙏🏼
I love the moment that you woke up and said “it’s going to be a good day” and then showed Chase under the blanket. It melted my heart. How positive and beautiful. I love your spirit and positivity. I live in Iran though. That might be strange for you to notice you have followers from Iran♥️♥️♥️
@@ChristineMeachum that is the most beautiful location you’ve been to, so far. Also ,I know of at least 28.2K subscribers that love watching your videos, keep up the amazing work!💕
Awesome video with spectacular footage. Christine, no problem; we will wait an extra day or two for your videos. We don't want you getting burnt out. I so enjoy tagging along with you and Chase to see where your next stop takes us. Chase is adorable, by the way.
I can only imagine the time, energy and dedication that it takes for you to create these beautiful and detailed videos each week and I appreciate it and look forward to seeing them every Wednesday 😊 What an incredible place and so peaceful. It's a struggle in the world we live in to stay off our phones for long but it's a good thing to do to fully connect with nature and the world around us. Chase looked so adorable wrapped up in his lovely coat 🐶
What a beautiful video with your self care message. A valuable message we could all take advice from. Thank you Christine ❤. Also you're bravery is commendable!
You should think about getting a GPS emergency locator, just in case you do break down etc. in a remote area where you don't have cell service and/or are out hiking by yourself, there are some that aren't that expensive, depends on what services you want, also some require monthly fees but you can do a month to month activation. I retire next year and i'm going to start traveling and I will definitely travel with one for just that reason, no cell service, also I'm older and I need to think about possible health issues.
I strongly agree. I retired a few years ago but still cycle and use my mountain bike in the UK. I always take my Garmin InReach Mini with me for emergencies.
Love that you are getting out in the wild nature. You'll be hooked soon. I camp in the back of my SUV as well. Just a couple things to consider purchasing if dispersed camping...well I have a whole list, but will leave it to a few. Waterproof matches, bear spray, handwarmers and firestarters. All can be found at Costco or Cabelas. Oh and a book or 2. Another great video girl. Love the timelapse. 😊🌞🏕⛰
I love all your videos! I look forward to seeing them again and again. Thank you for sharing your story with all of us. Thank you for brightening up my bad days.❤❤❤
Wonderful, beautiful & exciting adventure. Don't worry about volume, make the videos so you enjoy them. We are here for when you post them. I think your bear subscribers are laughing at your precautions.
I always appreciate the work you put into your videos! I love hanging out with you and Chase. Your videos could easily be a series on PBS stations. I could watch you guys for longer videos and be super happy. BUT, not at the expense of your mental health and the pressures that come with putting out such excellent quality work. I want you to take time for yourself and REALLY ENJOY what you have a chance to experience. I benefit when you take us along. Please do what it takes to enjoy your journey! Safe travels Christine! And remember to breathe it all in.
Thank you for the upbeat positive vibes in beautiful scenery! Your unseen stress and worry is rewarded. I agree; go slow so you can enjoy - the creative mind needs a peaceful balance.
It’s about time you went west. Can’t believe it took you so long lol. And rofl I’m pretty sure bears eat veggies and berries too 😂 Also (commenting while I watch) no gum won’t help altitude sickness. I think you’ll be fine unless you go over 10k quickly from sea level like I did once. If you get sick, just go down and head up slowly
You are nearly there ,you said several times how grateful you are.start a gratitude journal it is very satisfying . Enjoy your journey and experience life.
Hi Christine. I'm really glad that you talk about filling out the empty time with your own thoughts. It is very important to reserve empty uninterrupted times for us to question ourselves, challenge our thoughts, ideas, beliefs, and behaviors. I'm happy for you and Chase for your experiences, your humbleness, kindness, and journey of personal and canine evolution. Stay safe, stay healthy, and stay happy. Everything else is manageable. Pops
They say those who fail to plan, plan to fail, but without a plan, anything is possible! What an amazing adventure this one is! Thank you so much for sharing 🥂
Another great video Christine. I live in the UK and whilst there are some beautiful places to visit here, I do love to see the natural beauty of land around the USA, thank you for sharing it with us. I’d like to see you go Off-Grid more often but if you do, please invest in a satellite communicator for emergencies - it’s essential in my opinion. I use a Garmin InReach Mini when cycling/mountain biking. Please give a big hug to my furry on-line buddy, Chase the dog!
I don’t think I’ve told you yet, but I just LOVE your new intro! Well, it’s not so new anymore….but in relation to the amount of time I’ve been watching you as a creator it’s new😎😂
Awe glad you got your first mountain / bear country experience! It's all I know since I live in the rockies.. And yes they are rocky 🤣 even rockier on the trails to the mountain peaks. Also it's made me realize over the years that I want /need a 4runner for the Roads. 😅
OMG what a wonderful nature. Thank you once again for sharing video of amazing mountains and nature. And you are really good to both editing videos and comment the videos. And your voice is very pleasent to listen to. Hugs from Ron in Sweden
Love your adventures. I lived for some years in CO and yes, the weather can turn on a dime in the mountains but the views are great. The wild animals early on in your video looked like mule deer. Be safe out there.
Cut yourself a little slack Christine, your videos are well done. I get the Netflix thing, I have camped many times alone. You and Chase are doing brilliant 😊
Hi Christine 🙂🌸 you are very special. After finding your channel a month or so ago, I have watched your videos made during quite a few months. You have a unique joy and wholesomeness. I find your warm friendly personality more interesting than even the pictures and sceneries. So you can take it easy with making videos, just iPhone selfie walking talking videos would be awesome already! 🙂
God bless you Christina and precious Chase. He is just so adorable and sweet. Enjoy watching the videos. Always be safe. God bless you and Chase. Love Chase he is a handsome boy. Much love for both of you!!!!
As usual, this was a wonderful video, that I thoroughly enjoyed watching! In part because it was an unknown location that I know I will not get to, but also that it reminded me of mountain area trips in Austria and Switzerland. All the fast weather changes… sunshine one minute but than snowfall the next… warmth and then plunging cold. And of course the wildlife too. Laughed right out loud when I saw the marmot on the rocks😀. That is what they call them in Europe but we call them groundhogs, and they frolic all around the mountain areas there. Have traveled with my husband, as well as in groups, but also on my own, and have shared your same emotions of not having coverage and not really knowing where you are or what to expect, and nobody to ease the stress etc. You handled it all beautifully and were able to thoroughly enjoy your amazing surroundings, and describe it all so well to all of us. Don’t ever question the job that you do on your videos. They are always top notch, interesting, enlightening and engaging!!💕 Thank you for all that you put into your work, so that we all can also experience your adventures! Continue to stay safe and enjoy your travels with your fabulous furry soulmate, Chase💕🐾 Until next time…😊

After dealing with enough headaches of a bad situation (in your case a miserable office job) it forces you to make a change. I'm teetering on the fence about trying out the car stuff and tried the other day it's just I'm so used to filling my free time on a laptop in a house that when I was in the field experimenting with the idea I just went to a couple of stores and sat in a parking lot for 20 minutes and then went home. I doubt myself thinking it'll be the same scene instead of something different from what I've seen.
I see a Mercedes Sprint 4x4 Van in your future🤞. This would be perfect for you and Chase. Another Great Video. Stay safe and enjoy your adventure. Happy Trails Christine💫💫💫

Stunning scenery you captured so well! Being off grid took some nerves so thanks for sharing 👍
Thanks for watching!
Great footage. Especially, the fish jumping. Silly girl eating vegetarian. You and Chase are meat for bears. Lol
I've been camping out there in Laramie. It is truly beautiful and very quiet. I hope you packed some bear spray just in case. Stay safe love your vids
I am jealous of you. You visit many beautiful places. 😊👍
You should have an RC car or trail truck with you and you can run it and charge it. And Chase can watch it or follow it slowly. ✌
I bought smell resistant zip bags for when I went hiking. Bear spray I never used.
I love coming home from the gym on wednesday nights and watching your new vids while eating lunch
I love that! Thanks for watching!
Great groundhog pic😊

I grew up reading and using paper maps (only 36) I prefer them honestly gps is easier agreed but in moments like this I’m glad I can read a map
First thought when I saw the fish jump, bears like fish 🤔. Keep moving please 😂
You are braver than me! Also low clearance 2WD here. Roads like you were driving in this video would have deterred me almost instantly haha.
You are adorable ...😁
So beautiful! Thanks for sharing.
