I’m so glad you keep your pup in the stroller near the water ! I lived in Florida for 27 years and can’t count the times I would hear news stories of dogs and small children taken by gators walking near waterways 😳💜
I live full time in my van and from upstate NY now in Arizona. And I know exactly what you mean. I get lazy sometimes too. Even boiling water is like, ahhh! I don't want to! 😄. definitely do not lack on maintenance on the vehicle either pls do 3-4k oil changes and recommend and good tune up also check tires and always monitor engine for leaks

I'm glad you recognize the complaining part and wanting to be grateful I am going to be seventy-three years old this summer I have wanted a car where I could go camping I've always wanted my own vehicle but social security doesn't make that possible with rent and utilities and groceries and insurance so I haven't had the opportunity to live my dreams my goal was to be able to afford a car so that I could live this kind of before I got too old to be able to live like I would want to so everyday I see it in a stick and bricks because I don't have any other way to go because I'm living with my children and I would love to have a lifestyle that you got enjoy every day

When I'm on the road, I live in a hat pretty much all the time because it looks stylish, but more importantly, it hides my bedhead that I can't be bothered to fix every day, lol.

I’ve been living this life since February and did it for four months a few years ago. I’m heading to Daytona for my next car camping adventure in about a week!!! I’ve got my car very minimally stocked. It’s fun to treat yourself to a yummy restaurant or a shampoo at a salon. I love the quiet time after raising 3 kids to adulthood. Proud of all of us who give it a risk. Why not!!!

I don't understand why you put yourself through living in a car but there must be something you like about it. I guess I'm addicted to comfort. I enjoy your videos and your attitude. My dog is about 14 yrs old and she can't hear or see very well, it's kinda sad but it doesn't seem to bother her.

Forgive me I don’t remember what they are called. It seems like it would at least double your capacity. Anyway, i’m sure you have thought about it and have good reasons that you don’t have one. I just thought I would mention it and wanted to let you know that your channel brings me joy I’m a little jealous though I must admit. To be that free and at your age must feel like pure gold keep riding and I’ll keep riding with you.
Getting back into routines is so hard after taking a little holiday/break from the norm but you are using this as a positive way to make good changes to bring more contentment into your life and it's very inspiring 😃

I live in a house, and I still feel the same way about doing things that make me feel good, and being lazy about it at times. I do not have the energy to do things sometimes....lol. I love your perspective and reframing...yes it does take effort. I'm not good at allowing time to relax...
I spent 2 years on the road, traveling for work and car camping. I thought I missed having a house, so I bought one in Florida again. After spending the holidays there, I’ve been on the road for 2 months, and probably will only go to Florida to change clothes and get ready for a 3 month car camping trip out west this summer. It’s nice to have a homebase, and to spend the winters somewhere warm, but I’m fine traveling and living out of my minivan 6 months out of the year.
I stay with family a lot so that I can spend time with them and get a break from the road 🙃 I agree it's nice to have a home base but once you have a taste of the road it's hard to stay put!

And oh yea, I remember, I had to clean out my car TWICE...one was in the pouring, freezing rain during all those rainy days at the end of january (I pulled into a gas station, so i was covered). I just kept losing things! After that I stopped lol.

I used to live in Tampa for several years before moving to Vidalia Ga. You know you should visit the Vidalia Onion Festival that’s coming April 20 You know we grow the onion here and everyone says they are the best around. The Festival is a great time. How old is Chase? He’s obviously elderly and I think he must love the constant company and the different places you take him as were he an elderly dog in a house he wouldn’t get the variety of smells and sights he gets with you.
Chase will be 14 in June. He likes to be around people as much as possible. If I had a "normal" life he would be left alone all day while I was at work. I think he likes that we are always together. He might not know where he is but he knows we are doing adventure stuff together 🐶😍

We are sitting in a very empty house waiting for our closing.....I am struggling too. I was just staying in my pajamas and just sitting. I had a talk with myself about dressing every day and getting back to normal while I wait. Not knowing it would take so long I packed and stored my journals and my yarn....so I'm going to retrieve the things that make me happy! We are going to be moving into an RV....can't wait.... Oh, I have to wait! We have two elderly gentlemen dogs to care for. Thank you for the encouragement.

I bet we were at Overlook Park at the same time. I was in an orange Honda Element that I stealth camp in when I am vlogging theme parks for my channel. It’s a great quiet place to edit. Unfortunately it’s temporarily closed when I tried to go there a few days ago.

Hi Christine, love ur spirit !!! I've been living outta my 2019 Toyota Rav 4 for about 6 weeks. It's been fun and interesting. 😂 Lotta hiking, fishing, camping, biking, and way to many restaurants. I cook every other day to slow expenses. Gotta get in a routine to start every day🙏. That puts me ahead and ready to roll 😊 I gotta be honest with you and tell you that I gotta upgrade. It's been an experience, but I need a more space with a shower, toilet, big bed, stove and oven to eat healthy and save money. Motorhome will also give me some better morning views 😅Memorial day weekend is the goal and then it's time to see every state 🥳 I'm better for having seen ur journey. God bless and protect you. So glad I found you or TH-cam found you for me. I am full time in New Mexico, been to CA, AZ, CO, and want to go to AZ again on Sunday with my daughter and her Man are moving there, I don’t have a lot of time to watch you as my own van life is demanding with 2 dogs but I will tune in when I can. I have an elderly dachshund that has been acting like a 2 year old but he got fleas somewhere and we are having a hard time getting rid of them.

Don’t care to boil water….stop at a gas station convince store and use the hot water they sell for their tea. If they brew coffee they have hot water.
