Thanks! This is by far the project where I had the most pixel art to make. It's not perfect but I'm satisfied enough with the result (one need to stop and release at some point, else could keep on tweaking forever!)
Oozes quality. This adventure would give Infocom, Level 9 and Lucasfilm combined a run for their money - it's top of the class for the Oric underdog - highest congrats to author(s), programmer(s) and graphics artist(s). The enhancements are jaw-droppingly wonderful - excellent work Dbug and Defence Force. You keep us amazed with your fantastic work🙂
Thanks for the kind words, I've transmitted your congratulations :) Regarding Infocom, Level 9 and Lucasfilm, they did not have the benefits of working on powerful PCs with cycle accurate emulators! 😅
@@DbugII You're welcome! Whilst this is true, the old programmers and designers would still have used state of the art machines back then which, after using their better source code editing and art facilities, they then ported the code over to the humble 8bit target machine, yes? So, in my book you latter-day magicians are being very modest - this is a work of art so thank you once more Mickael, Per, Dom, Lucas, Phreak, Retoric, Symoon and any other contributors from the still very active Oric community. Gem upgraded re-releases like Encounter make it feel like Christmas once more :-) Cheers, guys - legends in my book.
@@cretski67 Regarding Oric games, I know that "Xenon 1" was made on a Acorn BBC system with floppy disk drives, and was then transferred by cable to the Oric, and "The Hobbit" was made on some much more powerful systems indeed, using some cross assemblers, etc...
Excellent graphics, this is a great piece of work.
Thanks!

Look's very promising. I surely will try it. Thanks.
Thanks, and Merry Christmas!
