Yes, it is either this or tracking your calories. Both work, and this second one leads you to eating very similar (if you are not fighting in the carbs-fats debate). There's two differences though: tracking your calories you can eat processed foods if it fits in your calories (not your macros, your calories), but you will experience hunger because you wasted an important space in your calories by eating them and that's why I say this way leads you mostly to the just avoid processed foods diet. Also tracking your calories, yes, you can, being smart, enjoy some processed foods and convenient foods, and also you can have more control on how fast you want the weight loss... but you will have to work more on the very tracking. So the choice is yours. Thank you for the video, man. It helps vastly to see the reality.
