Love the design. What's the weight of this part? A tip for making the heatset inserts at the correct angle: Make sure you design the surface around where the insert goes in flush with the top of the insert. Put in the insert and leave half a millimeter. Then just use a flat metallic object and push in the last 0.5mm. The flat metal object will push against the flat printed surface and the heatset will be straight.
Hmm, have not had any problems to speak of. All my motion systems is moons, from a MagicPhoenix kit. The other extruders are LDO, this is the original.
