Man, last time I ran into a cable stuck that bad was after a 1000a service meltdown, the cable welded itself into both galvanized 3" 90s . Had to excavate the PVC and cut it out on sections and re-lay all new conduit. Damage to the switchgear, cable, conduit and pole transformers was upwards of a million dollars.
@@matt1983 wazzup Matt most of our cable is semi-twisted or really twisted , with these trucks and they can’t pull out this small cable and snap our silverlon rope , we would have continued but the guy there was going to break up the concrete and dig it up, that’s why we stopped. Try pulling one wire at a time. I do the same type of work, and one wire usually works.
