I think the best way to reshape a hat is to spritz it with water and wear it until its dry. It will also fit ur head better if it's a fitted hat.

I found my old ass west coast chopper trucker and that Bitch is so nice but i found it in the deep trenches of my garage and that shit is so dirty dead bugs on it and all, pretty gross looking but i need that shit clean ASAP

you need to use a brush and remove that deteriorating foam. it leaves it a little weak structured but looks ok and no more mess
