At first total tight the mixer screw.Then turn anticlockwise 2.5 to 3 turn only.Then you set the minimum rpm that the bike not stop.Now you get desired milage of 40.

Whats the use of extra rubber hose on the right side of carb goin no where other than overflow out
That's ATM vent. ATM = atmospheric pressure vent. If gets clogged or closed then there will be no fuel supply to the engine and no entry from the fuel tank. Fuel system in Carby vehicle is based on Gravity flow. So ATM has one of the important role.

Sir recently I have got my bullet serviced and his average was 40+ but before service it got down to 30 suddenly and after service I didn't get any change in mileage even I got all filters changed and oil grade is same 15w50 liquid gun as usual....
Tuning is also looking good the white and clean spark plugs at 3 turns
What will be the causes of low mileage???

Hallow Sir, I am Subhasish Saha, I have own a Bajaj Avenger Street 220 and as you know it's twin spark engine. And our carb model is Ukal-Micuni BS29. How can I properly tune my engine? I have already added twin NGK Iridium spark plug, K&N Rc1060 Air filter and up-jet main jet by 118 no jet (Stock 112.5). I need your valuable suggestion please.

nope...CFM will change and so intake as well. so back pressure has to be there.
You are turning the screw clock wise or anti clock wise to bring the orange color ?
we have to bring Bunsen blue color. so to get that yes need to turn anti-clock wise or clockwise turning of AFR screw. Orange color we dont want.
Sir I understand that we need Bunsen blue. I asked for info where were u rotating to get the orange color ?
Every one doesn't has this special tool. Can you explain which way to turn the screw at an average ? I understand that every bike will need differnet turn radius but is there an average estimate which u can give after completely tightening the screw. Or any other method .
Bunsen you will get towards anti clockwise side. orange starts towards clockwise. sometimes that varies...

Thats y I'm very much disappointed.
In odisha I shown my RE to various mechanic but they suggest me to change carburator. Also I changed carburator but problem remains same as moisture accumulated on out side of my carburator after ride 6/7 km. Also petrol leakage from drainage pipe.

After watching this video, i got this tool for myself too. I am not a professional like u dada but i have TB350 & honda activa & i do almost all the service by myself. This tool works like a charm.. btw dada for how much u got the whole set, cause in a kit u will get only single size plug. It looks like u ve to order 3 different kit right?

1.5 AFR. if AUX is there then RPM plus minus HIGH side.

Bro my bike's rpm is increasing 4-6 screw turns but at 6 it shuts down occasionally at stop position, should i go with 3 turn tune factory recommended?
At 6 turns spark plug color is black, i checked at aprox 200km city drive
6 half turns or 3 full turns. That's the setting.

It's pretty easy, turn the afr screw to left slowly until the rpm is at maximum and is not increasing anymore. That's the perfect setting.
