You can scratch your car if you wash your car this way @ 12:39 don't do this, rinse car > foam cannon (let it sit a bit) > rinse car > double bucket hand wash with wash mitt and grit guard in rinse bucket > rinse > dry with thick microfiber towel
Question. Aren't you supposed to spray the car with water to get basic surface stuff off, then use the foam cannon and let it sit for a couple minutes, rinse that off, then foam it again and wash? If you simply foam it and start with your wash mitt you're just moving the dirt back and forth across your car. Letting the foam sit and spraying it off gets a lot more grit and grime off, then foam it again and hand wash it. Helps prevent scratches.
If you want your concrete actually clean, you should use the 15° and hold it 1 inch away. That's how you actually "strip" the concrete, and get it looking brand new. I bought the 2200psi version of this, and it works very well on concrete. My driveway and sidewalk were almost black. Very pleased with my purchase.
I bought mine about a year ago and it works great. Obviously it doesn’t put out a ton of power but for cleaning the deck, cars and house it works very well.
@Bobby D I love this pressure washer! I just used it to wash both the cars the other day. It cleans the front and back deck very well. For being electric it’s very powerful. I would definitely recommend it.
Just ordered the SPX3001. Thanks for the info on both! I just need it to wash vehicles mainly and the reel seemed extremely useful over the foam cannon that they give with this one. Ended up ordering the Amazon cannon and some chemical guys products too! Appreciate you taking the time to make these videos. And you’re right…if there’s dust on it, it’s dirty!

I still have mine just sitting around and collecting dust. It was too much of a hassle to connect everything, pressure wash something and waste a lot of time to coil up my 50' hose on that little machine. Upgraded to the comet 1700 and never looked back.
@@Brees1986 the comet 1700 comes with an integrated hose reel on the unit. Just mount it to the wall, hook up a y-splitter for the cold laundry line to your pressure washer and you're golden! When you want to use it, you can just flip the valve to the cold water line, prime the pump and fire up the comet. No more having to connect the hose to the sunjoe, unravel the lines and plug it in. With the comet, it's all there, ready to go.
The SPX3000 has a 14.5 Amp motor and has a rating of 2030 Max PSI and 1.76 Max Gallons Per Minute. It has two detergent bottles and a special soap nozzle that allows it to vacuum detergent from which ever bottle you've selected. From my experience, it seems to put out as much as the foam cannon did in this demonstration. The SPX300 XTREAME has a 13 Amp motor and has a rating of 2200 Max PSI and 1.65 Max Gallons Per Minute. It has a single foam cannon and some extra tools. The foam cannon seems somewhat worthless from this review though.
Thanks! This is exactly what I was trying to compare. So the spx3000 is the way to go right? Having the two separate soap bottles I think is super convenient. I just don't know the difference btwn 2030 vs 2200 psi? I 've never had one of these washers before. Any tips?

The warranty policy on these garbage units is horrible. Once it breaks (and it will break, I guarantee it if you use it like I do; which is three to four times a month for several minutes each time) you will need the original box. Don't have it anymore? You will have to go buy one from UPS or as the agent that speaks some other language natively, "your friends will have a box you can use, yes?" Well no, Mr. Agent named John which is a nickname because your real name cannot be pronounced. My friends do not carry 3 foot tall boxes around in their garages, and I certainly would not ask any of them for a box...like really? I suppose I could take a day off my job to go box hunting. Perhaps I could disguise myself as a homeless man and beg for a box under the guise I need it to live in. Or I can haul the unit over to the UPS store and pay a grossly inflated price for some cardboard. Either way it happens, I only have 30 days to send this POS back to them. I believe Sun Joe believes that all Americans are lazy, so they will use this policy in order to limit the amount of returns. Sun Joe is another terrible company that has fine print under their warranty to make sure not all units get returned.
