    Well I did try. But my hand is about six to seven inches away from my hand and they are not meeting. I am still very grateful to come to such a knowledgeable and accessible instructor of yoga on my TH-cam feed.

    I like the way he can fold himself up like an Amazon package at your front door. I tried this it’s evident I’m too muscular. Can you help me somehow to get more flexible in the legs and hips. I need the flexibility more for running and biking because I am starting to get hip pain. Love your channel sir. You are a true expert
