Thanks for this. Very helpful! As a runner, I am very careful with my knees.

Loved this one. The tip about getting your shoulder straight before trying to bend down is a great advice. Thanks a lot, God bless!

Your tutorials are more than helpful, I learn a lot about those details I'm always asking myself how to solve during my practice.
Thanks for your didactic and useful work, specially for us, the lonely yoga trainees at home!

I love these individual asana tutorials -- the details make all the difference. I also appreciate the modifications so much -- my husband is a latecomer to the practice and this gives him an alternatives to being frustrated. THANK YOU many times over❣

Do you have any Tutorial where you get Both feet with your Arms behind your back in Padmasana?

Very helpful tutorial esp with showing the modification. Cant make the bind, but I find wrapping a strap around my foot helps me get more out pf pose. Would that be bad for the ankle doing that?

I can't get my half-lotus knee down on the floor - where am I going wrong? And is it safe to fold forward of the lotus side knee is up? Or should I stick to the modification until knee comes down more?0

I understand you are doing yoga most days.. Does it mean you are doing the full sequence (90 min) or are some days like 30 or 60 minutes of practice?
