- The day starts off to a good start, I change hotels, I venture along the Sukhumvit Road to The Soi Cowboy where I upset a Film Crew from Korea, very funny stuff I eventually end up in Soi 4 Nana Plaza for the evening's events, Great fun, Bangkok Thailand.

thats a new night club at nana hotel i was there last year in febuary and it was still the old strikers sports club that closed down at covid . love your vids .im back at 8 march 3 days in bangkok and rest of month in pattaya

"A bunk up for 20 quid" Those were the days! (By the way I've heard watch out for spiked drinks in the hotel room (this was before Covid) if you're with a 'non local' companion. Local ok though ;-). Yes I've been to both Soi Cowboy and Nana Plaza in my time probably 20 odd years back now. Wild nights out. One I never went to at night was Khao San Road and understand that to be a real hang out for the back packers and a real party area. Nice video Sean. Cheers buddy 🤩

Ref your latest video of sat on the bank of the River Kwai. I wasn't sure so I Googled it. The Territorial battalions of the Norfolk Regiment fought at the Defence of Singapore in February 1942. They were captured and became POW's, most probably some of the men who built the death railway. There is a famous interview with a bloke who has the same accent as your good self who was a POW in Thailand 1942 - 45. Territorials are now army reserve. Keep up the good work mate. Lest we forget. The Norfolk Regiment are now part of The Royal Anglian Regiment who have served in all modern conflicts. I know your a pacifist mate and I respect this as its better to be something rather than being apathetic but these people were your own crowd.

Gud Day - Sean - What is Crown BTS Nana like? - reviews are hard to understand. Was the room clean, air con work, shower didn't flood the room? I am deciding where to go for a few days this next week - I don't want the Sheraton, but I don't want a sh*thole.
The Crown is laid back, priced right and excellent location. It is also no frills nor bourgee.
Clean basic budget hotel, quiet street away from the traffic and noise, still in the centre of lower sukhumvit nightlife.
You need a hidden camera m8.
