One question... do we get access to the page that shows the management guidelines during the exam( Low risk - routine clinical care .... medium risk - observe... high - treat) , or do we have to know by memory the management for each risk and the times for reassessment??
Just to clarify a doubt.in assessment station if we get must scoring is it already filled one and we only need to calculate the score or we need to ask questions to the patient and find out the score.

Yes it will be a different chart of observation excluding spo2. But Must can be in a hospital set up also where u have to complete a news2 chart.

Yes its already filled for you, you just need to calculate. But just to start the conversation you can ask the questions if you have time .
