100% true u r sister. I work permanently in nhs but as bank in a care home. When i go to nhs for the work i am very happy and relaxed but when it is to care home i am going with huge stress. I will have 22 to 25 patients however.. Huge work load in care home. Not even having time for a break in care home..

Hello Saima mam, I'm Lalita Pujari from India I'm applying for HCA post in the UK for last 2 years... I've given 3 interviews for the UK out of which I could pass 2 interviews and everytime they demanded for the documents for last 10 years which I was unable to provide... Hence they rejected to give the COS Everytime I've cleared my interview but failed to provide the documents of their demand.... Now I've given the interview for the rural route Northern Ireland on 19 th of September 2024.... There the agency is saying that they don't require thorough 🔙 checking....
