Just want to say this video was used in my health psychology class in college to show real life stories and how they affect real life people. Really cool to be able to write an assignment on your story!
my daughter was diagonised today with T1D, I had test her myself and i rush to ER my self and now she much better with insulin pump by the ER, getting better by the hour. PAID ATTENTION AND GET CHECK OUT DON'T WAIT FOR ANY MEDICAL ISSUE. The doctors and nurse are the heros thank you.
@@cassie.niccole If you feel really thirsty, do you just give into the thirst and drink as much water as you feel like, or do you have to restrain yourself from drinking a lot of water?
@@TransparencyBodycam for T1 diabetics, this is a sign that your blood sugar is very high (which means you have not had enough insulin). Experienced T1 diabetics will take a dose to lower their blood sugar. I've had T1 almost 40 years.

Is it possible for diabetics to feel an unquenchable thirst even if they are taking insulin?
yes! if blood sugars are high - excessive thirst is very common. personally, this is one of my main symptoms!
