One idea that I had for a Mario game I got after I played odyssey was it was another 3D Mario game like 64, sunshine and galaxy where you chose a world and can collect a handful of stars or star equivalents, but before you go into the level you get to choose one of Mario’s companions so F.L.U.D.D, Luma and Cappy and you can use the ability’s that go with them allowing you to collect different stars (or equivalent) depending on the companion that you chose at the start. Thought that was quite a cool idea and just wanted to share.

The brush game sounds great. Also, For peach 2, I think Pauline could get a mic that would shoot a music note in a wavy fashion, going up and down in front of her. It would stun enemies for 1 second, have a 5 second cooldown, and wouldn’t kill. It wouldn’t work on bosses, and if you have any power up that’s not the mushroom, it wouldn’t work. Except a mini-mushroom.
I think a Super Princess Peach 2 should just have Peach playable, maybe another new character but idk. Having all the playable characters just be a bunch of girls feels too cliché.
I’ve got an idea for one. It’s an asymmetrical online multiplayer game where four “hero” players team up to go against one “villain.” Sorta like Dead by Daylight, except with a Nintendo polish to it. The heroes have to climb up flagpoles or something to capture objectives so they have a chance at defeating the boss, while the boss is trying to deter them, capture them, or knock them out. Heroes are the obvious picks like Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad, Daisy, etc., and the same goes for villains with Bowser, Bowser Jr, Wario & Waluigi, King Boo, King Bob-omb, etc. Each character would have their own unique perks, abilities, and attacks. I’d call it “Super Mario: Boss Battles.” I feel like it’s a good concept that could work if done well, but that’s just my idea lol

An idea for the 2d and 3D Mario game: so kind of like the first level in Mario 3 where you can go behind all the stuff and beat the level but in the 2d 3D game you can switch for 2d and 3D so you can get by walls like if there was a wall in 2d you can change it to 3D and it would just unlock a whole new level to get by that one wall.
After seeing how Nintendo treated SMG2, I don’t think they’ll ever make an SMO2 or any direct sequel for Mario again

These are some wacky ideas.
in the Super Mario Remix game there could be times where you would play through galaxy levels (with some changes), but with the moveset and F.L.U.D.D. from sunshine. Or levels from New Super Mario Bros, but you throw things like in SMB2.
I would like a new Super Mario 3D World video game, but with more playable characters like Wario, Waluigi, Daisy, Rosalina, Donkey Kong and Yoshi, btw 7:55 Pauline also appeared in other games like Donkey Kong not just only in Odyssey

You can't speak for everyone. I don't. The other two were already boring to me, odyssey at least had interesting locations. Mario Galaxy 1 and 2 didn't even feel like going to space, it just felt like Mario 64 levels , gamey obstacle courses, not proper environments like Mario Sunshine or Mario Odyssey. Hell in Mario Odyssey the kingdoms you go to are far more alien than any of the ones you see in Mario Galaxy 1 and 2 and that's supposed to be in Mario's world - so that shows you how much Mario Galaxy 1 and 2 failed in the art design department

I Hope that there is a game where Mario gets the paintbrush from Mario sunshine called Super Mario Artistry, and Mario travels to the other islands near delphino. Basically he can like paint objects, hit stuff with his brush, do cool little spells by drawing the correct symbol, and he could like turn into light versions of bosses like bowser Jr, and glide in the air with the brush, and like throw it and have it come back to him, and the different levels could be based on different art styles and/or artists. Yeah this has like infinite possibilities and I still want odyssey 2 more that this but this would be pretty cool.

I really want to see Nintendo expand on the Browsers Fury idea where you walk out the island then turn around to start new objectives. Also bring back 4 playable characters.
I always thought it was stupid how all of the multiplayer collectathon games always had player 2 have an obvious disadvantage.
Co star mode in Galaxy is just little brother mode. So is Cappy in Odyssey, and Bowser Jr in Bowser's Fury. I want splitscreen multiplayer with Luigi!

I mean a sequel of 64 (sm128) where bowser attack again and take the castle (obviously an actualized castle, improved and with actual graphics) but this castle is like a maze and the levels can be different dimensions butn when you beat the level you go back to the castle and unlock a next place on the castle, just like sm64, and combine all of it with a little creepy or misteryous tone, and you can have one of the best mario games EVER.
Mario into the Marioverse where Mario finds the Movie Mario, Paper Mario, Lego Mario, Supershow Mario and 1993 Movie Mario and they have to team up to stop all the Bowsers

I absolutely love mario 3d world and the concept of bowser fury is really amazing in my eyes and I hope they make a similar island based open world style game. Also have you ever played that one playstation game Sackboy a big adventure? I've recently discovered it and its basically just mario 3d world again, but it still feels fresh and new. I'd recommend you to play it!
6:28. I know this is a joke, but it's kind of a good idea. A 2D Mario game that goes back to basics. No crazy 2D stuff for the people who like the old 2D Mario. Or maybe something like the original Super Mario Bros. But it's remastered with better graphics and stuff.

I don’t think Nintendo will make odyssey now, not only they proven they moved to other things as bowser’s fury launched with the open world direction. No DLC for Switch and already past the likely period between Late 2019~Early 2022 Announcement. Nintendo is probably having some sort of new console considering game output have been slow for the past 2 directs. Launching a new console with odyssey 2 will think it’s a upgraded switch which Nintendo do not want. Therefore, odyssey 2 might not happen at all.

Call me crazy, but Mario Odyssey is Mario Sixty-four's sequel. Hear me out, I have three reasons why its the sequel. Before Mario Odyssey, all the 3d games were getting liniuar, and people were begging for a Mario game that was like Sixty-four. And Mario Odyssey checks out almost all the boxes to being a sequel for Mario Sixty-four when you think about it.

How about Super Mario: Fawful's Revenge? Where Mario, Luigi, and later on, Peach, team up with Bowser, Bowser Jr, and Kamek to stop Fawful from destroying the world. Fawful could kidnap Peach at first to stall Mario and Luigi from rescuing her, but they reluctantly get help from Bowser and his minions to find her. Then Peach joins them and helps defeat Fawful. And this would mark Fawful's 3D debut.

Play through iconic Mario levels from across the ages beautifully reimagined with those delightful lego bricks! Play as Mario and co. as well as rivals like DK and the big baddie himself, Bowser! I think this would be the ultimate crossover game…

This will probably become an actual game
A game were you play as bowser would be amazing. So you play as browser the whole time and have to basically race Mario to your kingdom. There could be 3D AND 2D levels heavily taking off of the escape sequence from oddesy but just nerfed. You would start by being beaten by Mario in a cutscene so you wouldn't have any abilities you would have to progress through the game to get them back. Also at certain points in the game you and Mario would have to fight each other and depending on who wins they would get an advantage. There could be different kingdoms like in oddesy with smaller levels inside them. They would act like hub worlds as well as being where you fight mario. The game would have a two player mode where the other person gets to play as dry bowser with the same abilities just maybe altered slightly. OR they could choose to play as Mario and complete HIS story you could also play mario's story in single player as a reward for 100 percenting the game. There would be some kind of main collectible like oddesy's moons or sunshine's shines as well as some kind of extra collectible like new super Mario bros' star coins that could unlock more powerful upgrades for abilities or some kind of bonus worlds. When you finally make it to bowsers kingdom there will be like 4 or 5 more levels before you get to the final fight. Once you beat Mario for the last time you would gain access to your he bonus worlds as well as some more power upgrades. I'm n the bonus worlds you can gain access to new unique abilities that you will need in the secret true final fight against Mario Luigi peach and toad. Also in these worlds you get to recruit the koopalings bowser junior wario and waluigi to help you Tue second player can also choose to play as one of them. They will be necessary to beat the final fight.

Had the idea for a 3-D _Super Mario_ title that is a continuity reboot with a Drop-In/Drop-Out Co-Op character switch mechanic out of early _LEGO Star Wars_ titles where your adventuring party consists of Mario, Luigi, Peach, Captain Toad and Yoshi like _3D World_ and _Wonder_ in a variety of _64,_ _Sunshine,_ _Galaxy,_ _Odyssey_ and _Bowser's Fury_ -inspired worlds trying to save the rulers of the Mushroom World like in SMB3 with Peach's parents along with Mario and Luigi's mother Pauline as some of the hostages taken by Bowser and his eight Koopalings (yes, I include Bowser Jr. as the youngest Koopaling). _Super Mario Legend_ is the title, and it would have full dialogue in the cutscenes for a platform/role-playing/shooter/hack and slash-type game.

Super Mario Power:
It is a main line 3D game (Open World Platformer). But each character has their own Abilities. We Will be able to choose, Mario, Luigi, Toad, Peach, Daisy, Wario, Waluigi, Bowser, Goomba, Koopa Troopa. Basically the stories goes that there is a new Antagonist from another planet that want to invade all the Earth and he sent his army to conquer the Earth. And too stop him, Mario and Bowser need to team up and try to defeat him, the Main mechanic is that the main 10 Characters i mentioned somehow got powers (Honestly I don't know what to make up for them to gain their powers, if you got any ideas, you could reply to me) And each of them have their own Powers, you can upgrade them with points (you gain points maybe by defeating enemies or by collecting coins, something like that), and you can even unlocked new Powers/Abilities, Each world may be a Kingdom, and we need to help each kingdom by defeating the aliens there, and each World it has a boss, and the Final Kingdom, it would be a Ship on outer space. and the Final Boss would be the kings of all the Aliens, after defeating him, the Earth come to Peace.
We want a new Mario and Luigi RPG game
Super Mario In Real Life, would be cool. A GTA like mario game with adult themes and grit.
A bowser game would be really cool, player 2 could play as Morton Koopa Jr, Morton could be a little bit bigger and give the explanation that he is going through a growth spurt so that he is almost the same size as bowser,
player 2 could also be bowser jr in a bowser-sized-mech instead but I think Morton should be more important to the Mario games because he is the only grey Koopa that we have seen other then that one bowser art, like what happened to the rest of the grey Koopas? Are they extinct? Are they not in the Mushroom kingdom? Are they just rare
There could be a bigger badder enemy that steps on bowsers tail or something (Mind controls Bowser's troops, peach and the Mario bros so bowser has to save his troops and kidnap peach so he gotta beat up the big bad) or maybe the Koopalings try to unionize so Bowser the bourgeoisie has to stop them before he has to pay them more then peanut shells lol
