how should I warm up before I lift? Mobility? Stretching? Specific Exercises? Activation exercises? How many sets? reps? How should a proper lower body for squats or box squats, a upper body for bench press etc. and a full body workout warmup look like? Can you share detailed warmup routines for lower, upper and full body strength barbell training sessions please? Great content, thx

Don't stretch before lifting...just do lighter weight warm-ups with a full range of motion

Warm up Is just that...warming up your muscles to prepare for something more intense..don't stretch your muscles too much...it would make them more tender and susceptible to a pull muscle...you work your flexibility with workouts...if you stretch you're going to have weak muscle/ligament/tendons behind the flexibility and nothing to support it... stretch as you workout...start lighter, work your way up

I know this is to any sport, but i would like to see more soccer specific approaches.

I'll be honest from a pure speed and power perspective I'd virtually train soccer the same. Where the demands change is the conditioning
