  • Limited work experience shouldn't keep you out of a job or stop you from answering interview questions effectively. The vital thing to understand is that all experience counts!!!!!! No matter where or how we acquire them.

Yes, definitely, all experience counts. Voice inflection, body language, eye contact, facial expression, smiling, and your attitude contributes to you getting the job as well. Plus being confident because most people who go on interviews are scared and freeze and actually fail the interview.

So I had my Virtual interview today which I was told would be about an hour but only lasted 20-30 minutes. Is that a cause for concern?

Same I had a interview today as well that lasted 30 minutes. I was so nervous. At the end of the interview she did say look out for an email with instructions on the next steps. I wonder if that means I passed the interview.

If you failed you’d know within the hour. The interview isn’t supposed to be more than 30 mins for a regular TSO position.
