My wife and I watched Beyond Weight Loss semi-randomly because it was popped up after watching a Crossfit documentary on Amazon. When we first saw Keith Klein we both blew him off as some douchebag but one minute after hearing him speak he instantly became my hero. The segment about % lean vs % fat being based off weight not calories gave me chills. Thank you for exposing the truth and helping us make informed decisions.
Excellent video!
Great video Lee!
I’m hoping my partner reaches out to you, Keith. I keep watching your videos so I can share what I learn from you, but he just needs to go to you directly.
Love the videos you both do - so knowledgeable and helpful. Love the Lean Body program as well and of course Coach Chris!!
Fantastic video! Thanks so much for the info.
I'd really like to find some meals that can be eaten without having to warm them up. Working construction & not always having a heat source or even a place to eat (clean rooms for example where sometimes you can't even have water) is a real challenge. We typically skip our morning break, take our lunch & get off a bit earlier to beat some of the traffic rush.
Great video Lee, very educational 👍
great video thx gents!
Thumbs Up 👍

Question is it advisable to have a protein shake prior to your early morning workout?
I wish Keenobody would have made a cameo and schooled all these dinosaurs.

40 grams of carbs per meal but how many carbs per meal for a regular guy just starting out?
