Lol Superman can kill Alfred with slow painful death if he wants to. I get it why y'all love sidekick cucks like Alfred so much, but Superman has killed off far greater villains and heroes. Killing Alfred would be like killing a rat.
Alfred Pennyworth is one of the greatest man in DC comics history period, hands down. I hate to agree this but it make sense in the Injustice world. It's hard to explain, but after looking at lame(super)Man's behavior and his actions (ugh) it totally make sense.
The funniest part is that Alfred started out as pretty much just part of the background. He didn't really become a fully realized character until sometime in the 50's
I believe that if Batman guided him as the friend he needed it, Superman wouldnt have been encouraged By Wonder Bitch remember that most of the things he did were under Diana's bad guideness just because she wanted to be smashed by the Kryptonian.
I think it makes sense within the context of the Injustice reality. Superman would've known that Alfred in some way knew where Batman was and also knew that there would be no way that he would tell him where. It also makes sense that Superman would take advantage of Batman's need to find the murderer. What doesn't make sense to me is that so few of the League members sees how wrong Superman man is, orchestrating the death of a dear friend of the league in a diabolical way (not too dissimilar to the Joker) just to push his own agenda. While some could see it as a casualty of war, it still gives a bad taste in my mouth that not even Damian would turn from Superman's side, knowing what he did.
Hmm, I thought nobody knew about the Alfred's one. No one knew about Supes released Zsasz to kill Alfred. They only had Batman's word for it and I don't think they believe him. As for the casualty of war, I think WW was referencing the other murders, not Alfred. Although, even if they knew about Alfred, I think some of them still wouldn't change side, especially Wonder Woman. She's the one who's from the beginning convinced Superman to be the leader of the world and rule with power. In a way, she was the one who corrupted Superman even further. Although, I think Damian might be change side if he knew about Superman's involvement in Alfred's death.
Would they even use this event, though? With Victor’s death retconned in IJ2, I think they made it so that this entire scene never happened, mainly since it’d be impossible to sympathize with Superman if the truth that he cold-bloodedly orchestrated the death of an innocent old man using a serial killer out of spite.
I love how Alfred and Damian were still friends after the accident, and when Alfred dies, Damian goes on a rampage and Superman uses that as a way to secure his loyalty.
batman really lost everyone he cared about and loved except for catwoman (correct me if one of these still live) He lost Alfred, His Parents, Dick, Jason, Tim, Damien, Jim Gordon. Selina is the only one that he can love in this universe if she should die he would like request everything he has done in the history of ever. and probably give up after his last resistence against the regime
Notice how Injustice-Damien makes a habit of getting his closest loved ones killed unintentionally? First he throws a rod at Dick out of jealous rage causing him to break his neck, then he exposes Alfred's whereabouts to Superman leading to Zsasz killing him. What's next he reaches out to Barbra and Superman kills her to get to Batman? If there's an Injustice 3 Jason Todd needs to do us all a favor and put that little bitch six feet under.
I think the most interesting thing is the shift in how he speaks, he went from calling Bruce “Father” to “Dad” and it’s just so weird to me. I’ve always thought his alternative would be Baba, or something.
The entire Injustice series should have been based around Jason anyway. Killing the Joker and supercriminals is kind of his whole conflict with Batman anyway, and it would've been so much more original to see something around that than the same shitty Batman VS Superman story that we've all seen thousands of times before.

It remains to be seen if he stays that way, but since Injustice 2 game makes no mentions to Alfred and Lucius Fox has taken over as batman's "civilian aide" changes are he either stays incapacitated or dies again.

+Delia Fischer the way it played out made it feel pretty unnecessary. I see what you mean but, I couldn't feel it as such. It was still sad and all just, it just felt unnecessary.
The Injustice universe is simply amazing, because its terribly sad. I cannot think about it without thinking of all those broken friendships and ties, all those deaths and all those forced exiles into the Phantom zone, The Teen Titans, the robins (including variations), the Villains going Superman side because it suits them, Heroes betraying everything they were to succumb to their most basic desires like Wonder Woman, who deep down wanted to be a queen, thus feeding bullshit into Superman's ears to make everything worse. But the saddest of all, and it hits the hardest at Injustice 2 final battle, is Superman's and Batman's line: "Those were some good times"
I feel like the writers are doing a big disservice to Damien by making him so bloodthirsty in the Injustice universe, not to mention Damien should have been able to figure out Superman was responsible for Zsas' release.
First of all !!SPOILERS!! Did anyone watched the first part of the Injustice 2 story mode? Robin finds and kills Zsasz. It seems that this was during the beginning of Superman's rampage and how Damian chose to go with him and abandon Batman. So....what about this comic with Alfred's death? Did they make a mistake during the making of the game's story mode??? Or they completely overlooked the comics. They are canon in the Injustice Universe after all right?
Jared Edmunds agh that sucks. Injustice 2 story was good but it also made quite a mess with the continuity etc. Guess they had to drop the comics to fix whatever they can
At that moment superman knew ........................................................................................................................................................... ............................................................................ ........................................................................... ....................................................................................................................................................................................................................................... ............................................................................ ........................................................................... ............................................................................ .............. .......................................................................... He Fucked up
You know, for someone who's suppose to be the "greatest superhero ever", he sucks at his job. He kills innocent people, he's boring, and anyone could kill superman with just kryptonite.
I’m fine with him dying, it actually proves what superman is and makes sense story wise. What I didn’t like was he was brought back to life with the lazourous pits later, but then he just had to get away from it all, making the death sort of redundant. ( I mean yeah it still happened and was painful and yeah it’s comics but still it sort of a drag just to see him again and then leave again)
Man, I love Alfred, especially since I started watching Gotham where you see Alfred raising Bruce at the beginning of his teens. Not to mention that he's a badass, who can kick people's butts without Batman. He's the best father figure in the DC universe, on my opinion. And this is from someone who is not a newb geek. (Sorry uncle Ben)
Injustice was my first comic book I've ever owned. I followed it, excited for every new issue because it was my first. When Alfred died, I actually cried. I wanted to kill Zaasz as much as Damian.
Duo found out that Alfred missed his Spanish lesson so he sent superman to kill him. But then he failed. So duo then sends Victor zsasz to kill Alfred.
I’m surprised Batman didn’t turn into the Murder Machine in this universe. But in the Dark Knights metal comic event he ends up becoming the Murder Machine.
I like to think that they killed off Alfred in the comic so that he wouldn't be in the game. This is of course so that the game wouldn't be horribly unbalanced from Alfred's sass.

+AwakeningMC I thought dick was still alive after Alfred got kill thou.
AsianG0D if Damian is nightwing then dick is dead
AsianGOD Dick is dead. He became the new Deadman.
Jason isn't MIA. he's still Red Hood in this universe
R.I.P best butler ever
So Alfred's B'day is 16 August? Wow its my b'day too !
You Sure ?
not much of a coincidence because a lot of days can be someone's birthday.
I actually liked this story, it puts batman's principles to the test
Wait if Flash saved Batman
How did he join Superman again ?
there's this whole thing with his ex, Iris West, leading a group of radicals and he hands her over to the regime which regains supermans trust
NeedleMouse Productions Wow that is messed up
Is she dead ?
no i think iris is still alive
they may adress what happened with her and barry in the injustice 2 comic storyline
Captain Hydra Ok
I thought that said Irs XD
Reaction: Burn in hell, Flash
New Reaction: OOOOOHHHHHH....
"You don't get to hurt my FAMILY anymore!"
- while beating up Superman melts my heart :,)
It was unnecessary. If it played out differently than yeah but, they didn't pull it off the best they can.
+Delia Fischer the way it played out made it feel pretty unnecessary. I see what you mean but, I couldn't feel it as such. It was still sad and all just, it just felt unnecessary.
+Delia Fischer hmmm. I see what you mean.
Delia Fischer Lol Dick,Jason, and Tim died, they were close too...
+Anonymous True and yet ANOTHER reason the death wasn't really needed...
Cameo Shadowness the point was by the time the justice league came over, all of Batmans friends and allies were either dead or on supermans side.
I love Superman since I was a kid, but this version of superman was like "what the hell" He killed a kid (Shazam)
I’m still unsure whether or not Shazam was a kid then, but I’d still argue he was rather young.
Fuckin Damien Wayne!
Jeremy Abraham It's " Damian ".
Superman played the crap out of him
Jeremy Abraham no you idiot it was bloody superman that made hit with victor zsasz that kill him
Michael Nyanteng You mean Superman sent Zsasz to kill Alfred? I thought it was Sinestro.
John Santos yes
The mystery behind Aflred's death is so good.
Almost every death is so good in the Injustice.
Alfred is omnipotent
Damien and Zsasz both love bladed weapons. I say let the two of them go all out.
They are canon in the Injustice Universe after all right?
asdfer 123 YES IVE BEEN THINKING ABOUT THIS FOR SO LONG
Jared Edmunds agh that sucks. Injustice 2 story was good but it also made quite a mess with the continuity etc. Guess they had to drop the comics to fix whatever they can
Robin didn't kill Zsasz in Injustice. It was just some random inmate that started a ruckess.
TheShadowwarrior80 it was Zsasz, Robin calls his name in the cutscene
asdfer 123 yes
Damn. That ending on this vid left me with some feels. Nice video, dude!
At that moment superman knew ........................................................................................................................................................... ............................................................................ ........................................................................... ....................................................................................................................................................................................................................................... ............................................................................ ........................................................................... ............................................................................ .............. .......................................................................... He Fucked up
Needle: *Shows Empathy about Alfred*
Also needle: *Shows gameplay of Alfred getting beated up by criminals*
You know, for someone who's suppose to be the "greatest superhero ever", he sucks at his job. He kills innocent people, he's boring, and anyone could kill superman with just kryptonite.
This has got to be one of my favorite DC alternate universes.
WOW, I had no idea Alfred was in every version of batman
Man, I love Alfred, especially since I started watching Gotham where you see Alfred raising Bruce at the beginning of his teens. Not to mention that he's a badass, who can kick people's butts without Batman. He's the best father figure in the DC universe, on my opinion. And this is from someone who is not a newb geek.
(Sorry uncle Ben)
Head butted superman?! Holy shit Alfred is a legend!
Injustice was my first comic book I've ever owned. I followed it, excited for every new issue because it was my first. When Alfred died, I actually cried. I wanted to kill Zaasz as much as Damian.
1:27 That panel brings me warmth and chills at the same time XD
I never knew Alfred was a character that u could play with in injustice
"Is that why you're here? To debate Batman versus Superman?"
-Alfred
Injustice is stupid by concept. Basing Superman's entire moral compass entirely on Lois Lane is the polar opposite of what he was written for.
The only time I was proud of Damian in this series, when he offed Zsazs
even the greatest hero is a villain
I like how damian's grief is almost exactly how batman reacted to nigtwing's death
Superman has always been a villain batman is always and have always been the real hero and real leader of justice league RIP Alfred
Alfred could defeat Thanos in 3 seconds flat even with the Infinity Gauntlet.
Duo found out that Alfred missed his Spanish lesson so he sent superman to kill him.
But then he failed. So duo then sends Victor zsasz to kill Alfred.
I wish after Alfred was revived he went to confront Superman. The look on Supe’s face would be priceless
you showed every major version of batman except Michael Gough, the guy who played batman in the first 4 movies!
I've read all these, Alfred's death is the saddest moments after Dick Grayson's and Oliver Quinn's part
I thought Damien killed Zsasz in the beginning of Injustice 2 during the prologue
The end just shows Alfred suffering
Happy birthday alfred!
Alfred, arguably the best butler...no...best fictional father ever....Toast to you sir.
aw :( i share a birthday with this version of Alfred
I’m surprised Batman didn’t turn into the Murder Machine in this universe. But in the Dark Knights metal comic event he ends up becoming the Murder Machine.
Doesn't this contradict the story of injustice 2?
Zsasz was killed before the regime began, but Zsasz killed Alfred years after Metropolis? GTFOH Injustice2 writers
I am happy to know I share a birth-month with Alfred
I coincidentally watched this on Alfred's bday haha
EL OH EL same xD
I like to think that they killed off Alfred in the comic so that he wouldn't be in the game. This is of course so that the game wouldn't be horribly unbalanced from Alfred's sass.
When Alfred is sus
After watching this I want Superman to BLEED. SLOWLY
That's really funny cuz I have the same birthday as Alfred :D
Billy Peppard you think Alfred death is funny? Wtf is wrong with you
sunnydarks woootoo noooooo, he's one of my favorite characters in the batman series and seeing his death in the comics really hurt. It's just cool we have the same birthday. Stop fucking putting words in my mouth :3
Billy Peppard why are you putting smiley facey? Aren't you suppose to be sad ☹️
sunnydarks woootoo As I go through life, there are certain events; events that cause me great stress and depression. And for the sake of society, I shall cry my tears beneath the mask of positivity, as do many people do. I am not a poet, god knows I'm not, but that doesn't mean I won't take my invisible mask off to show my true melancholy. And as I retire from this comment, I shall put my mask back on, and continue my days through society, with what days I hold dear. Good day sir :,3
sunnydarks woootoo but yeah I'm hella sad about Alfred 😢 my butler was a hustler
Thanks for making me cry
Oh god no.........
amogus
How tf was alfred able to beat Superman's ass but not some dude with a knife?????
Yezzy Steet super strength pill
@@tactic4795 lol
...
I'm sad now
Bighat Star Nomad Aren't we all?
Alfred just wanted some sleep. He didn't "die" he's just dead tired. He's so powerful his limits cannot be calculated...
Dang, why'd they have to make superman evil and corrupted? Now Alfred's dead cause of that.
Shanes11 he's always been corrupted
Only in Injustice. He's a real hero, arguably more of a hero than anyone else out there. He is a man of integrity.
Bro, Superman got his ass handed by Alfred.
RIP Alfred😔
He better be in Injustice 3 or I'm going to sue Warner Bros
(JK but seriously)
I even like the fact that Batman was willing to snap Superman's neck just to prove a point and Damian to his core
Among us?
sus?
Alfred shares his birthday with Percy Jackson.
Two of the best people share the same birthday.
Time to kill superman anyone got kriptonite
Batmans family are such hard hits to lose in the comics that it gets me choked up a little just to see everyone other than batman's reaction to their deaths
among us
Alfred fought to death despite his age, dude's now in Valhall telling Thor and Odin about tablemanners
Alfred dead 😥😥😭😭😭😭😭😭🤧😭😭😭😭 yea I cried
I can't even imagine coming down to somewhere singing happy birthday to someone just to find there dead body it makes me cry just thinking about it 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😧😧😧😧😧😧😧😧😧😧
