I remember getting this on Christmas EVE and staying up late and beating it Christmas Morning and as i beat Joker’s Face the sun ingame started to rise, i looked outside and the sun began to rise. I remember beating this game feeling happy about what i’ve done, because for a moment just once i felt that i too, am Batman.
The fact Alfred, knowing the guilt and pain Bruce had carried for his parents death…In his last moments tells the boy he raised to not blame himself for letting this happen essentially. Bruce said in a comic that he had two fathers, Thomas and Alfred. Scenes like this between these two are always a favourite for me. Origins is such an amazing game, underrated as hell.

I really like how when he says "come on dammit" and from then on, the game makes the subtitles "Bruce Wayne" and not "Batman". And with the flashbacks, shows how much bats puts up with. The constant murder, in the night all alone all the time. I mean the guys arch nemesis is a psychopath joker AND had his back broken by Bane. Best super hero of all time in my book

Alfred isn't dying, he just simply fainted from all the shit Bane destroyed knowing he as the butler had to clean it up...

This game doesn’t deserve the hate. Sure it’s not by rocksteady, but it’s still pretty good

I love how the only thing on Alfred’s mind as he was dying was Bruce’s well being, and knowing that he’d put it on himself
