I do kegels standing in the shower, sitting while driving/working, or laying on my back in bed. Do they also help for relaxing/avoiding exertion for defecation or even for preventing colon cancer? Any scientific reports on if doing while already erect helps to add a strength training component? Glad to see you back!

Hi! I am 27F diagnosed with urethral stricture last November. Underwent DVIU because I couldn't pass urine at all and then followed by dilation 15 days ago. My urologist said stricture isn't that severe but right after dilation too I am unable to go fully with a very weak urine stream and a lot of straining. Any advice please, thank you!

Which exercise is prefer for my problem ,and also what is a minimum and maximum time of sex duration . If any exercise you particularly recommend . Please help and guide me . And I am inguinal herinya affected person ,and my surgery is Completed but sometimes I feel pain ,If I Handel any weight products it's give pain .please give your suggestions and guide me.

I have the same question. I went down from 3x per day to just once after 3 months post surgery. While I continued to improve for many months, I have plateaued. It makes sense to continue doing the exercises but how much is the question.
