Hi Junaid, I understand that you try to advise and help as much as u can and we all appreciate you for that thats why we are your cult followers and audience, but please don’t bias towards a person who sends u the email (this is just my opinion I could be wrong ). I understand that the guys are assholes most of the time but plz remember the guy in question is also involved in this relationship for 3-4 years which shows his commitment too- if hes having issues with his girls having many guy friends, id assume he doesn’t have any/many female friends. Now there is problem here . I consider myself as sensable muslim not a true one but an open minded kind of and I think Islam is open but not in a vulgar sense .But Muslims have made it alot narrow . very respectfully first you can't advise someone on such a crucial by listening from only one side , second they love each other it means they are supposed to marry which means they can tell each other and request one another to avoid things they don't like . Third Junaid bhai should have said this part at the beginning of his advice that "you have to meet halfway" but he started his thing by saying that alot of red flags etc etc etc meaning she should end this relationship . What I think is these kind of relationships arre not things to take for granted
Now here is my advice
My greatest advise would be talk to him just talk to him about things concerning you don't tell junaid bhai tell him
1 : he was wrong when wanted you to choose your career . he is wrong if he is over insecure cause insecurity is a desease it cannot be cured very easily but you should talk to him about that
2 : he loves you right if you can change your clothing you should because its not that big of a thing and I'm sure this clothing would be prohibited in Islam as well
3: if you can't do that as him to compromise cause realtionships are 50% about that if he doesn't agree than leave him but with sadness i would say its very important to keep your heart awake and take atleast some things seriousely
4: alot of guys would not like you having guy friends .yes you can have guy collegues or class fellows yes you can go to office parties or college parties etc etc with your guys but having guy friends its noty possible cause guys cannot be friends you should remember that and believe me I'm broad minded enough to say that You rarely find guys that are friend material
