NRI here, Living in South C and i can tell you my apartment building and adjacent locations are so beautiful with two parks , a small stadium and a green walking way. You will find a lot of Indian families, Chinese, Brits and couple of Japs but there is just one Pakistani family in entire neighborhood, just one. Doesn't mean Pakistanis don't earn but its reality they don't care about Living standards and their lifestyle. And for those who justify this they don't even know it make a stereotype and you can easily sense that in grocery shops and other places. If you move to a foreign country make sure to assimilate in to that local culture and accept its norms completely. NRI here, Living in South C and i can tell you my apartment building and adjacent locations are so beautiful with two parks , a small stadium and a green walking way. You will find a lot of Indian families, Chinese, Brits and couple of Japs but there is just one Pakistani family in entire neighborhood, just one. Doesn't mean Pakistanis don't earn but its reality they don't care about Living standards and their lifestyle. And for those who justify this they don't even know it make a stereotype and you can easily sense that in grocery shops and other places. If you justify such living conditions and lifestyle then be ready to face the consequences (or should i say stereotypes) as a community.

Objection to the first person who says he is in Sweden but i think he came to Sweden for just vacations. He has no idea about life, housing situation or situation to get PR in Sweden. What is this question even? Its not just Pakistanis who do food delivery but also indians etc and most of them are students. They pay you so little that you wont be a millionaire with it. Really questioning his sources because he has no idea what he is talking about. You can’t walk in and rent a home in Sweden no there are long waiting queues in the big cities. One can’t just go and buy a house because the bank wants to have 20% downpayment and not everyone has that cash stashed up under their beds. Plus many start working asap so that they can register jn time for a PR and getting a job is sometimes hard to because swedish people want reference which us desis don’t have mostly. Like taxes 1800$ a month lawn work 700$ a month so even if you have a small house you still need to pay 80$ a month for grass cutting 250$ in taxes.

I would like to answer the person in the first email in detail, As I’m someone who’s living in Sweden for the very long time now.
First you legally cannot live more than 3 persons in a 1 room apartment and they are very strict in that. You cannot register a certain amount of residents in a particular size of apartment.
And even if you give your house to someone on rent illegally it’s also very risky here.
For the second point you seems to stereotyped all desi which isn’t the case. I used to work as a restaurant manager and I know these delivery persons whom you are referring to are mostly from very interior background. They are mostly here from Greece and Italy via unofficial means and there motive here is just to get work permit.
They can’t even speak or understand English let alone to learn Swedish and to do something else. You have to under stand where they are coming from
For the third point it’s all depends on your company. People that I’ve been around all are associated with either IT companies, Finance or the banking sector. They are all reputable and earning as well as spending good Alhamdulilah
