Tip: If you like sweetened, put some maple syrup and vanilla paste in the bowl along with the Matcha powder, and then whisk so everything is nice and even in taste

I've tried all kinds of milk with matcha (oat, almond, macademia, etc.), lactose-free cow milk is THE BEST in pairing with matcha. I can't explain why but their flavors just blend so perfectly together🤌🤌
Yes. I use equal parts 2% organic grassmilk and homemade oat milk 😁 Perfection ❣️

I, too am an oat milk girl for my matcha. I've always used oatly, but will check that out. Only tried ippodo and Naoki so now will look into the others. Thank you!

I have tried several types of milk with it but I prefer my matcha with coconut milk, so good.

Ceremonial matcha is too mild (1st harvest) for matcha latte i think. Blend of the 1st and 2nd is really good, or high quality 2nd harvest matcha.

Since you shouldn't use boiling water for the matcha, how can I make sure it's hot enough? I don't have a thermometer or something to use to check the temp! What do u suggest? Maybe just wait a few mins after boiling the water?

I've watched heaps of matcha videos and no-one seems to make hot matches. Also the bamboo whisks are really expensive. I just use a silicone mini whisk instead

I can reccomend 180ml of milk, 60ml water, 4g matcha, 12-13g white sugar, or 17g agava syrup.

Hello, I am new to matcha and I recently just got my first tin of matcha and I was wondering where to store my matcha? I am seeing a lot of varying answers on the internet. I bought from ippodo and on the tin it says to store at room temperature but I am unsure please help!
