Welcome back to another vlog! As you know, I'm a huge matcha lover and have been drinking matcha for years. A local cafe, due to a confusion with my order, made me a matcha using lemonade and a bit of coconut syrup and honey. I about died. It was so good.

Great ideas! Love your Nekohama matcha. I have been drinking it since it was launched. Definitely gonna try out the matcha cortado. Can you also use a regular stick frother instead of the one you use? Mine doesn't have a hot setting.

They all look amazing, can't wait to try! Sanne, could you please share your oat milk of choice...I used to use Oatly but it's very unhealthy, Minor Figures is better but still has seed oils and potassium carbonate... I'd love to know if you found a clean option that's also barista friendly :)

I have a recipe up for homemade oat milk! It is really easy to make and you will not find a ‘cleaner’ version in the supermarket as they would always need to add ingredients to preserve
Is it possible to mix the matcha with cold water already and add cold milk? Personally I'm annoyed by filling half the cup with ice cubes, that's why I was wondering if they're necessary to have it cold or if matcha can be mixed with cold liquids already

No I put it in a jar and store it in the fridge! You should re-use it :)

I just started my matcha journey a wk ago. Wanted a healthier morning drink. Trying to find a good milk to use. I tried organic oat milk but it was so gross. Tasted like oat water. Regular oat milk is super unhealthy n worse thn milk so thts a pass. I want to try coconut milk but if anyone has suggestions let me kno! Thnx!
