- From our 2nd Season of Paramount's hit 80s TV series, "SOLID GOLD", enjoy our host, ANDY GIBB and MARIE OSMOND singing the James Ingram hit, "Just Once", arranged and produced by myself (Solid Gold's musical director and theme composer, Michael Miller - aka "Mickle"). And, enjoy Andy Gibb and Marilyn McCoo singing my Solid Gold Theme over the end credits of the show.

You will be remembered as a legend.
I remember him as a drug addict
I remember him as my teen idol!
The Osmonds, The Gibb brothers, The Carpenters, and of course the Jacksons all have that family singing magic.
No matter who Andy Gibb sang with you could see and hear the emotion he was such a talented legendary singer

I have not cried when hearing a song in the media, but there's something so genuine about this song.... wow. How beautiful ❤ i wouldn't be able to sing this song without crying. I hope he's in heaven. God bless you all..

Met Marie Osmond. She was so sweet. Wish I had met Andy. Both had a lot of talent.
My goodness, Andy Gibb was so dreamy. His voice was perfection. I remember his song "I Just Wanna Be Your Everything " being #1 for so many weeks. It is so sad that his life ended so early and the way it all happened. He was a beautiful sould that had so much more to give the world.
What a shame Andy Gibb, passed away so young. He had so much more to give. Unfortunately, he never realised his full potential as an artist. He had a unique voice.

Andy had the most unique voice, he sounds like Barry and Robin combined, so sad he died so young.
The harmonizing is off the charts! Their voices really complement each other. Heartbreaking that Andy Gibb didn't believe in his talent - that entire family was beyond.
I never would have thought I'd be diagnosed with stage 4 cancer at age 44 with little family support and in a toxic relationship with a person on drugs to depend on. But God showed me he was there and all I had to do is stand on what his word said.... Now my relationship with Jesus is closer than ever 🙌 🙏

He was my very first crush. His record "Love is Thicker than Water" was the first record I ever bought with my own money... I was in 6th Grade. I think about him sometimes, his voice, his songs, his beautiful face and that gorgeous hair. I remember well the posters on my wall. He was such a wonderful performer with a very different and special voice. He was meant to be a star... but sadly stardom comes with pressures and stress that we will never understand. Such a great loss... gone but not forgotten.

I’m 54 I use to watch solid Gold Faithfully! Solid Gold was Unique the way their Famous singing Guests they would pair up to sing other musical singers songs.

Andy seemed to be totally hypnotizing Marie here. How he looks at her so warmly as he sings! She probably was crushing on him really hard in that moment...and then, sadly, the song was over... and the fantasy ended! But I love their romantic chemistry here. And this arrangement by Michael and the SG Band could have been a hit single on the AC charts if recorded.
