Well, I don’t know if that was the first time I’ve ever seen Andy Gibb perform?! I have just watched the Bee Gees the last few years really, what with our new smart phones and TH-cam! I didn’t watch the Bee Gees at all when I was younger! And definitely not Andy Gibb either! Boy, he sounds so different than his brothers! Well, as Marie was saying, Barry, right, wrote that song! They did it well together Marie and Andy!
It really tore Marie up when he died. She was so tearful in an interview I saw her on. She really had a deep brotherly love for him. He was such a genuine, down to earth person. You know they dated one another back during the Donny and Marie shows, and just became friends. They did many performances together. Marie was very much aware of his struggles and what he had been going on prior to his death. They must have talked alot and been very good friends, even though she was married to Brien Blossil at the time. She divorced him, and remarried her first husband Steven Craig in 2011, after 25 yrs. apart. She says they are very happy together.
