Thank you so much for this!! you helped me overcome my fear of falling with ONE video! I never even thought about putting your head down as you're falling. I've now "graduated" from the wall and have been falling all morning. Thank you so much

For falling you can just roate in one of your arms I guess. Hardan than rotating on hands directly, agree.

Hey! Thank you for these drills and all your videos! I'd love to see a longer flowing intermediate class if you ever have the time :) you are a great teacher and have really helped me a lot.

Thanks for the video! I am working on this pose for a while now. I just can't hold balance for more than second or two. I feel that all my weight is going to my elbows, nothing to my hands and I don't know how to change it

To fall like that you need to be able to do forearm wheel easily if you can’t do forearm wheel it is not easy to fall like that

Hello. I can't do a headstand nor a handstand. I have been practising L pose on hands since few days and I can do it but can't hold it for more than 2-3 seconds. I tried L pose on forearms today for the first time and I could not only do it but was able to hold it for 5-6 seconds. Is it alright? I read on another tutorial that of u can't do a headstand you shouldn't try forearm stand. But I think I would like to work on my forearm stand first. Is it okay?

i would really reccomend headstand first. a lot of people learn forearm stand after both headstand and handstand. it would likely help to build up but u know whatever is best for ur body :)

    Hi Martina,
I have a question. You said straight line with your back, but your back seems hollow? Is that okay or does it really need to be straight?
    Thank you :)

She actually doesn't hold her back correct. You need to look at tutorial for that because she does say she's not looking at form. No offence to her but she not showing correct shoulder inversion etc.

Sorry.. this just my personal opinion. The way you do this training, somehow creating habits to injure your lower back. After couple tries, you will get some lower back pain. Not good for a long term practice. This is just my personal opinion. I do teach inversion classes so I do know how it feels. So sorry to drop comment like this.
