Video Request - can you please make a detailed video of the second half of Primary series only (after Navasana)? I have the first part down and I find a lot of videos explain the first poses really well but many of them leave out the second half of primary and then when i do find one with the whole primary everyone is really advanced with the postures and i start to get too tired to practice them in sequence (and with integrity). It would be awesome if you could do a video that slowly works through the second half of primary series (but for a beginner) providing options etc for them to get into the different postures which I feel are quite advanced. This way I can do my normal video to start with the first half of primary series and then switch to the more beginning friendly video for the second half and really start working at the postures and advancing into them. Thanks for considering! Love all your work.

So at 10:20 when you talk of internal rotation of leg, the inner thigh of the lifted leg moves towards the back of the room is that correct (in the direction David where sits )?
Please could you clarify what do you mean by front of (lifted) hip forward and down and not back? Perhaps directional arrows to illustrate more clearly?

hi guys, with your video I learnt another way to do it!
I've been working on it for months, I am able to do it but not every time in one shot or stay immediately stable and because it happens that I get over the line I practice it close to the sofa : during the video you mentioned the tip on how to fall over the line , but I didn't see it can you make it please ? I would like to try it on the mat only

Excellent break down of the pose.. I struggle with building stronger shoulders and tend to arch my lower back too much and ribs are flaring slightly bc I don’t have the strength in my shoulders .. how can I enter the pose without pushing my shoulders too much but enough to build strength..
    thank you.

Awesome tutorial! Including some expected signs u get from it like the elbow rug burn. Yeah I have used coconut oil and it works. 💕and of course the reality of this difficult asana but love the challenge. Been practicing it for 2 years now but am not as good as u are yet 😅

This a great tips for forearm balance which I didn’t successfully get into it yet.
I did practice against the wall for this a few times and it was a great start. I still think this pose is definitely very adventurous compares to the headstand poses but I’ll get there I’ll make it work and accomplish the challenge 😉
Thank you so very much for such details tutorial.
    Whereabout are you?
I’d love to be your student. 🙏🏻

So now how to get to the position attempt this pose ? I can only do it with a wall behind since I cannot arrest my first leg when I am kicking my second leg up.

    Question
How to stretch the middle meat part of the hamstring on my left leg when previously had a yoga butt attachment Injury on that side.... Years past it healed but then I couldn't get the meat of the muscle to stretch....
    Right leg is open ..
Thus my forward folds are asymmetrical

Do you teach the whole primary series to students or do one pose at a time? With no props being used, how do help people with injuries that can cause difficulties getting certain poses? I have really bad knees and need blocks for certain poses. Also I use blocks to assist in my jump throughs. Advice on that?

Great tutorial and break-down of elements. I can do the pose, but I'd like to learn the jump version. For some reason when my head does'nt touch the floor I am unable to jump - fear factor. Do you have any tips on how to overcome it? Some stabilization conditioning? Because I set up for pincha, jump but end up in headstand before my legs go up, and then I press my forearms to lift my head off the mat - I guess it's not the point 🙃
