    Honestly ,Your arms work out are the best. I saw the change less than one month just 5min every night , I noticed change in my shoulders too thank you 🌹

    Thanks for giving us the asked for triceps workout. Feels great. I hope to finally be able to get rid of that loose area on my arms (I'm 70). This was my first day of this new workout (I enjoy all of them) but I started with 2 lb. weights so my shoulders and ribs don't get too sore (lots of hurt spots in the old bod). Will go to 3 lbs. after a few more days.

    OW-eee. lol. I just did this one after the 10 minute combo workout, which I've been doing for the last 2 months, and I can tell you it really works ! I'm over 60 and friends are complementing me on my arms.

    I only had a bit of tired arms after this. This is perfect because it doesn't hurt the day after to. I can keep on training this untill i don't notice tired arms anymore and continue upwards and try a harder one

    Just did mine ! I can’t find 3 lb I have 2,5& 10 lol so I used 2! Yea!!!! Did it! Now need a inner thigh one that’s easy on knees lol
