    Thanks for sharing, I really need this! I just lost 24 pounds and my shoulders are so boney and feels fragile. I hate lifting weights but with this video it’s only 5 min, and will give me my start moving forward, and should help me want to do more.

    Today I saw your video on my screen
    dumbbell exercises are very good for me, without rushing I have followed you well.
    Could I do the exercises sitting in the chair? I can't stand for long due to a knee injury.
    I have also viewed other videos of very gentle standing exercises, I think I will be able to follow some.

      Maybe start slowly---3x per week? Then, when you get good at it, add a day...etc.

      Hi Svitlana! What weights did you use? Is this also for men? I am a man and tried this lesson but it is brutal! I managed with 1 lb (half kg) dumbbells but could barely finish as my arms completely collapsed 😟I am amazed at how strong and muscular all the women are here!

    This ended up being exactly what I wanted. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 I get the flexibility of multiple dumbbells without taking up the space of a whole set. I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.
