Hey I just bought into jan pro but I have not got a contract yet here in Dallas and they don't give you your first contract they send out a email with the others and it's first come gets it.
Jarvis Eskridge wow really? Dallas GA? That’s where I’m at as well. I’m still waiting I may give them a call if I don’t hear anything by this Friday. I’ve talked to a couple people that was in my class and they are getting contracts but they’re out in the Doraville area and I didn’t want to drive that far I wanted to stay around the Cobb county and Paulding area.
When you get your own franchise through JanPro do you get to name it yourself for example if I wanted to name it “The Clean Up Man” is that possible or will I just have to go under the JanPro name?
Gerren Flynn you can’t have anything to do with cleaning in your business name. You can pick your own business name as long as it has nothing to do with cleaning.
Hi Dear thank you for this video, I am still in the contemplation/research stage and wondering how your experience with JAN-PRO has been thus far and if you had a chance to do anything different what would it be? Thanks!
Hi I had started working for the post office so I put getting new contracts on hold. The post office wasn’t for me so now I’m about to get back on getting cleaning contracts. My experience so far is having picky clients lol it’s nerve wrecking but I push through it! Let me know if you go through with becoming a franchise owner. Something I would do different is pay closer attention to how much the contracts are paying. Starting out I was just happy to get a contract but now I see I’ve made the mistake of not being able to make money off the contracts I have if I hire someone. Right now I’m cleaning them with my son but I have to pay him for his work leaving just a small amount of profit for my business.
J Bass no I haven’t. They did reach out to me last week just to let me know they were still searching. I think the Covid-19 pandemic is making contracts harder to find due to businesses shutting down.
Ruf Buf I bought in at the lowest level so they guarantee me at least $416 a month. Anything more than that I will have to pay an upgrade fee unless I go out and get the accounts myself.
Benji 88 Since I paid the $2520 upfront the equipment was free. Had I split up the initial payment then I would have had to buy my own. Their equipment package is $800 if you don’t pay the full $2520 upfront.
Benji 88 the one they gave me ends in October due to the pools closing for winter season I’m not sure if it will start back next May or not. Tomorrow I meet with the consultant and will get more information.
Good luck, I have been with Jan pro for 5 years and very satisfied. I run 6 figures and we have 17 contracts. Great company, you will do 👍
How are you currently doing with Jan pro now? I'm seeking to get into Entrepreneurship

Jarrod Randle I still only have one account. But I’ll be patient.
Just curious since most of the states have somewhat opened - have your received contracts yet?

@@entrepreneursmindset792 now the amount you make a month depends on the cleaning package you purchase correct?
I have meeting with Jan pro Friday $2500 with free equipment. Really don't know what to expect. What was your buisness plan?

How do I buy franchise? Is there an email, phone# etc.?

Please don't buy a JOB - that's what buying a cleaning franchise is. Do the work and get your own customers. They are all over the city.
