Some Jan Pro Master Franchisors are not transparent (lairs). The master Franchisors are looking out for themselves and not their franchisee (Customers).

Hey, I have a question I’m in Boston MA today with Jan pro I was offered a small contract once I realized after paying all the royalty fees ect with this contract I was offered i realized it wouldn’t be worth it for me to take it so I informed them that I would pass & I didn’t sign a contract nor did I do a walk-through yet. I guess I’m wondering in this situation what should I do because I tried to get forced into taking it

They can’t make you take an account but in my experience they will bot offer you anything for a while to punish you. Good luck

I was with JP, too. They were terrible. It's all about them, not you. They are fee-heavy, and they extract about Fifty percent of your money. I realized later that I had bought a job. You can't successfully operate a business with a shoestring budget. Do not get involved if you do, you will regret it.

Sounds like the master franchise let you down unfortunately this happens. I am also with Jan Pro I have no complaints I get sent at least 2 or 3 accounts daily maybe because I'm in a big city however ppl must remember every Jan Pro is operated independently. So if they don't have a strong marketing team they can't bring in money to you and the business js.

Omg so glad I saw this video before investing. I’ll never get wit Jan pro. How you know they want take work from u just to give to new signee’s? You don’t. So for that reason I’m out
