I just gave a client an estimate for deep cleaning for the entire house including interior exterior windows for $650. She was not impressed with the price but it’s a lot of work. She was asking for refrigerator cleaning inside and out including all appliances. Cleaning all cabinets and drawers which are all occupied with dishes. Any suggestions? I’m in Cali
$650 seems awful low for the scope of the work. Perhaps see wasn't impressed bc you lowballed the job.

I ❤ offices and medical buildings (single floor) they are so easy, I’ve also done 2 small call centers and I fell in love with move outs and business offices, I don’t know if I’m going to add residential but I’ll think about it because I’ve gotten spoiled with the easiness of the offices 😂

Basically ur charging the exact same for the smaller offices ($75 upstairs, $75 downstairs =$150 in 1.5 hours) and $150 for the larger offices in 1.5 hours lol
