  • Brian Nettles interview Russell Burrows. In 1982, Russell Burrows found a cave. He brought out about 4000 artifacts. He left many in the cave. Since that time, he has lived his life being accused of manufacturing artifacts. He denies it. His artifacts show consistencies with artifacts from Michigan - artifacts also accused of all being fraudulent. But could supposed fraudsters in 1910 create artifacts with the same writing system as these artifacts found in the 1980's?

Wonderful interview with Mr. Burrows... Nice to see that he is still alive. Brian, as always, you have nailed it (no pun intended)! I very much liked how you brought Russell to expertize his artifacts. I hope that one fine day Wayne May will bring a team of archaeologists for a dig in this legendary cave that Russell stumbled into.

@@bookofmormonheartland I'm doing fine, as I probably mentioned, I am looking into the Viking presence on the coasts of the St. Lawrence River. It seems that with the help of the Basques and Natives, many poor Christians were looking for a way to escape the Little Ice Age in Greenland. I wish you all the luck with your upcoming opus. Blessings!

Well, I finally decided to take some advice from Brian and watch these videos. I recognize some of these stones as being a specific type of Artifact. The writing is something I’ve never seen on artifacts like this. Pictures either. They usually are just very plain and one side is a little rough and the other side is smooth because they were grind stones used to grind seeds or grain, etc. the other stones look like they were purposely made for holding whatever art, or characters were inscribed upon them. Good video. My respect, prayers and good wishes to Mr. Burrows and his family.

Thomas, He has always been concerned of others plundering the cave. It actually is quite noble and respectable of him to have kept it to himself. Over the years, he had be hurt by people seeming to want to help, but in reality were greedy people wanting things for themselves.
