Ingredients:
1 kg white fish fillets
Salt, pepper and red chilli crushed, to taste
Olive oil to apply on fillets
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
Prepare the Fish:
Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels.
Season both sides of the fillets with salt, pepper and crushed red chilli according to your taste.
Apply olive oil with a brush on both sides.
Marinate for 1 hour.
Heat the Pan:
Melt the butter on a non-stick medium heat.
Cook the Fish:
Carefully place the fish fillets (skin side down) in the hot pan.
Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish is nicely golden. The exact cooking time will depend on the thickness of your fillets.
Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the fish for a burst of colour and added freshness.
Garnish and Serve:
Garnished with lemon wedges on the side.
