400 gm boneless fish
2 tbsp lemon juice
.50 gm butter
salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper crush
1 tsp all purpose flour
1/2 egg
2 tbsp olive oil
red yellow capsicum
steam brocolli
parsley

Only change required: First melt butter and then gently add lemon juice after turning off heat..

I like everything except overheating the lemon juice. I did that once for another dish and it turned bitter in taste. Let me know if anyone faced this issue. I would recommend to melt the butter and add the lemon juice after turning off the heat.

You may blindly trust with BHETKI FISH. Before marination( mentioned in video) if you rub little bit of salt and 2 tea spoon lemon juice in fish fillet it will test fur fur better.
