What I do is play like 3-5 drum loops real quick in a row as I’m sampling and just chop from it whatever I need. Also I brushed past it but I’ll move the end point so it catches the kick and the following hi hat so I don’t waste one of the few available sounds you can play at once on a hi hat

Yup if it weren’t for the auto chop method of taking a sample recorded perfectly as a loop in the melody section and then copying it into the drums where it slices it into 16 even slices I honestly wouldn’t mess with it. Would be OD trying to get exact chops it would take SO long 🤣
