Man, you became one of my if not my main inspiration for making music. Never felt like I had enough talent but your videos motivated me to get koala sampler and make my first real beats and songs.

Thank you
This is super dope. How you get your samples into the iPad?
Thanks bro, for this video all the samples came from screen recording TH-cam. Then in koala import video and then select your screen recorded video, it imports it as audio
@@BirdBoss oh nice. I was looking for something similar on BeatMaker 3 but I have to separate the audio from the screen recording first. Cool feature on koala
Idk if I’m slow or something, but I’m having the hardest time following how you get the sample to line up so perfectly? I know how to chop but it seems like you can chop any part of the sample you want and it still sounds good
Hey bro I’m sorry I missed this comment, very kind words. One thing is often it’s not lined up perfectly for me either, the drums and the compressor kind of mask the mistakes, the compressor especially glues it all together. Another is these videos are chopped up a lot, what seems like I’m quickly getting a loop may be 30+ minutes figuring it out. And lastly it’s just lots and lots of practice and chopping samples of all different genres. I’ve been doing music and editing things together since at least 2004, making beats since 2012 ish, it all just takes time and patience to make it seem easy just keep at it and take breaks when it gets frustrating, for every beat people hear I have 5 that didn’t make it
@@BirdBoss okay bet. That makes sense. Thanks a lot
