    Remember
    - 15-20 minute workout
    - 30-60 seconds breaks in between
    1) Push Ups:
    Freebody Push Ups
    3 sets - 8-10-12
    (Do the cheaters push up if you can't do the regular one)
    +(optional) add weight and do 2 sets of push ups
    2) Pressing Movement:
    3 sets - 8-10-12 (increase weight in every set)
    3) Chest Fly:
    3 sets - 8-10-12 (increase weight in every set)

    1 advice for all... that if u r begginer don't do much sets at starting .... day by day upgrade ur potential.... coz I too started chest workout about 11 months ago and on first day I some how did many sets. ... partial or whole push ups about 50 times and later my muscle exploded and I had to give blood test and I got medies and bed rest so start with 10 push ups and increase it after every 3 or 4 days this will help u a lot ... if think this is good info plz give me a like

      It is about how much weight you can lift. But for most of the beginners 4 to 8 kg is a pretty decent weight.
