I also started on making my dream game but I'm still new to coding and modeling, and I don't have that much dedication probably it's complicated and I can't find tutorials for it. For your crafting, I think you need to add words, symbols, or signs for them to know what they're doing or just add a tutorial.

Hey totally off-topic for this video, I got an Idea for the gunswapping in the bottom right corner. Why not assign a Cos-Sin circle function? You can add a value to the angle, and it will then do the rotation animation. Might look cool, and will give a logical 'swapping time' (+ sound effect)? Also, for enemies that shoot, maybe make them stop at a certain distance from the barrier and make it shoot at the barrier?
IMO the inventory grid looks to busy for empty slots. Each empty slot has 4 outlines, so it makes it look very busy. I'd suggest removing the white outline.
I liked the lethal company's hotbar based inventory so I remade that into my game
i might add a hotbar too cuz my current inventory is just annoying to use
