Amazon's AI Shopping Assistant: Rufus

Amazon Rufus is a new feature in the Amazon app that lets you chat with an AI assistant that can help you find and discover the best products for your needs. Rufus is trained on Amazon’s product catalog and information from across the web to answer your questions, provide comparisons, and make recommendations based on your shopping context. In this video, I will show you how to use Amazon Rufus, and how it can improve your shopping experience. I will also share some of the benefits and challenges of using Rufus, and how it differs from other AI assistants like Alexa and Google Assistant.
