The devices usually update itself, depending on where you live on the globe, if features are missing then Amazon hasn't made it available yet. You are on their waitlist.
Not sure what the issue is for you, normally when you put those earbuds in pairing mode, you should see it on the list in the Alexa app of that device, try resetting the Jabra. Buddy I'm using Jabra Elite active 65t...I want this to pair in the Alexa ...I tried it and it's not working can u help me
