    15,000$ a month is CERTAINLY a typo. I think he meant $1500.

I wish the lows were the mid 40's. We had a stint this year of -15....I was in Boulder running errands just today. Traffic horrible, stores insanely busy on Saturday, parking at stores, especially Trader Joe's, Whole Foods..etc...oh my God. People drive like crap, and slow. We moved out in 2011. I'm guessing our once $850 mo apartment is easily $1600 or more now. Today I vowed to never go back into Boulder. I probably will though...The Flatiron are pretty, but I hear hiking trails are super crowded now, even on weekdays...parking difficult at trail heads.....Also the amount of new buildings, construction, new apartments....is insane. Once a cute little town, now a trendy, rich, crowded, shee shheee, place.

Eldora is awesome! Especially the back bowls when there is enough snow. They are one of the first resorts to have night skiing.

$15,000/month is incorrect, especially if the average home price is only $800,000. In fact I don't know of ANY city in the world including Tokyo or Paris which could sustain such a rate. Otherwise, nice video.

I just searched all of Boulder for any house under a million dollars. like 7 came up and they all look like crack houses. Even a 2 million dollar search only yielded a few houses. Don't kid yourself. Right now. housing is over the top.

I have lived in Bolder for few years. It was just OK. Real estate is very expensive and too many people live in such a small town. It's crowded and not easy to find parking in any occasions and any time of the day except late at night. Airport and Denver is pretty far and closest ski resort which is Eldora is not worth going more than twice.. One thing great about Boulder is people are nicer.

The scenes of LA type traffic must have been shot in LA. Nothing like that in Boulder. Every nice place to live in the US is growing like Boulder.

This video sucks, so much misinformation. The weather gets far below the mid 40's... It snows, blizzards, extremely high winds, it gets freezing cold in the winter. Chautauqua Park is pronounced: shuh
taa kwuh. And 1 bedroom apartments are not $15,000 a month!! It is super expensive to rent, but nowhere near that. You can rent small houses for around $3K per month. I was born and raised there.
